Only one Pearl
For as long as people have gathered things worth carrying, there has been a basket—one of the oldest forms in human craft, made to move through the world with its owner.
Pearl was born from this tradition and carries it forward with a quiet, substantial presence. She was created to be a constant companion, moving from the garden to the hearth, holding the weight of a day's requirements with ease.
Brittany wove Pearl from rattan reed, by hand, start to finish. Wide and generous, she features a sturdy flat base and a wooden handle.
She is sculptural enough to be displayed as art, yet possesses the quiet strength required for a life of utility—whether cradling a fresh harvest, garden finds, or linens for the table.
Pearl is not waiting to be displayed; she is waiting to be used.
Her natural reed will only deepen and warm with time, growing more beautiful with every season and every errand.
Her name is hers alone. It belongs to this specific weave, and once Pearl is adopted, her name retires into history.
