Flora carries that tradition with the particular ease of someone who has never needed to try. She is sculptural enough to be displayed as art, yet possesses the quiet strength required to be lived with every day.

Brittany wove Flora from rattan reed, by hand, start to finish. Wide and sure, she features a band of warm tonal reed woven around her body—a horizon line that grounds her without interrupting her form. It is the kind of detail that reveals itself slowly, reflecting the unhurried rhythm of the maker. Her wooden handle is solid and centered, and her proportions are balanced for both utility and grace.

Flora moves between the farmers market and the kitchen counter without apology; she belongs in both places equally.

Her name is hers alone. It belongs to this specific weave, and once Flora is adopted, her name retires into history.
